Liked: Very neat and the water price is so reasonable and humble, charging 2chf instead of. 5 chf , I remember some hotel just charge so expensive price . So touched !

Liked: i was very surprised as the staff of the hotel were friendly and even offer to check in for us even though there was a self service check in desk at the hotel. Keep up the great service! One more that i really like about this hotel is the location, very near to Zurich airport, those who want to stay near airport, i recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The detergent at the laundry room has ran out, therefore i asked the housekeeping lady. she told me to go to the receptionist to request one, which i did, then the lady at the receptionist told me that someone will send it to the laundry room immediately. I waited for 20 mins and there was no detergent that i had to take some detergent from other level. but overall experience is good.
