Disliked: Our room was too far from lift. My driver not able to drop us nearer to d lobby door as no space left for guest drop off. Staff at d counter not so friendly…

Great Hotel, Great Service for...

Liked: The restaurant LUIGIO is excellent and has great food. Maluma’s Tour Crew and Dancers were also staying at the hotel. Hotel was a 3 min drive or 10 min walk to Hallenstadion.
Disliked: Restaurant was always busy and need to have reservation.

Overall was good siding out...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. The view was excellent, had happy morning everyday there with good food but there could be more variety especially Veg wise. The room was amazing with a good exterior view and the bed was comfortable. In term of safety and security it was good.
Disliked: Self Check In SLOW.System was bugging. I was mocked by a guy working there and sarcastically he told his colleague I was taking forever. Receptionists a bit unaware of the hotel SOP.I was told sorry but I think you don't have any booking with us and it totally ruin my mood. When I almost did Checked In. The self laundry service provided is actually not operated by the hotel and this is when, I get to know when I have to clear my payment and my card was being declined. Huge head ache, if you asked for help at reception they trying on repeating the same payment procedures which I said was void. Luckily, the manager at the reception was wise enough to help me out by contacting the Laundry Service and after weeks I was able to clear of the payment. The restaurant was nice but the cutleries in the were a bit dirty and stained.
