Comfortable and quiet

Liked: This hotel was really lovely: quiet, clean, comfortable and with excellent facilities including a kitchen/ fridge in each room. Staff were very attentive
Disliked: We were told we had an upgraded suite but actually just had the suite we ordered. The plug didn’t work in the bath and the room layout/ curtains meant the main bedroom was very light in the morning.

Better value elsewhere

Liked: Efficient, modern hotel
Disliked: Staff weren't overly friendly in either the reception or the restaurant / bar. I arrived on a Monday evening to find the restaurant shut at 8:00 pm and was given a list of restaurants, each of which was a car journey away. I tried to get a drink in the bar at 9:00 pm on Tuesday and waited for 5 minutes before being served. Not good enough for a hotel of this supposed repute

Disappointing

Disliked: For a 4-star hotel, the amenities were pretty poor. The mini fridge in my room went crazy in the middle of the night and woke me up. I found the 25 EUR pet surcharge per night extremely expensive (it's usually around 10-15), and to charge 17 euros for a night in a non-protected car park in the middle of nowhere is just upright ridiculous.

Blackmailing by asking extra money...

Liked: They don't mention that we should deposit some money as security while booking and at arrival they are asking for money and they will tell you that you will get it back with in 3l2 days after your check out but it been 4th day of my check out and there is nothing in my account and when I email them they told me that I should wait 10 more days, what is this nonsense
