Could be better being a...

Liked: Good and varied breakfast, I didn't see the kitchen on my first day and was wondering where others were getting eggs and bacon from. Clean room, kitchenette sufficiently clean, and amazing vanity/bathroom supplies (i loved the fact they offered conditioner as I couldn't bring my own).
Disliked: Except for the position itself which I took into account before booking, and was only a 10 minute walk to the nearest GVB stop (40 min ride to the center via tram n5 or 25) or a quick Uber ride (a bit expensive being from outside the city center). I was not fully pleased by the unprofessional staff: on my second morning specifically, the lady checking for room numbers to access breakfast stated I did not have it included, even after I showed her the confirmation email and told her I already went the previous day without any problems. Only when I was going to call reception for support, she suspiciously admitted me in..very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. She could have handled the situation more professionally. On a last note I would have loved admiring the landscape from my room window, but the hotel is surrounded by this opaque glass for privacy and heat reasons which precludes any view of the surrounding area.

Liked: Clean, room was extremely beautiful and no noise could be heard through walls. Perfect for relaxing and away from noise.

Disliked: Poor location to reach the city.. Very hard to get there with public transport and no supermarket in the area.

Disliked: Almost everything except location is slightly inside from main road.
