This place is okay if...

Liked: The location was great and it was clean.
Disliked: The shower never got hot and the pressure was extremely low. We stayed two nights and had warm water that was not to our likings. When we called the front desk they told us to run the water from the bathroom sink for 10 minutes then turn the shower on. It still never got hot! The pillows were very small like the size of couch pillows. The ice machine was not working, staff told us the ice machine that’s working is on the 15th floor, we were on the 11th floor.

Disliked: I was without hot water for 5 days on my trip I literally had to ask someone if they would compensate me & after the manager tried to avoid me all they did was offer me 25% off for 3 days of my remaining stay ! Literally 5 days of switching over 7 rooms , no hot water and it was snowing outside & the whole staff acted like they didn’t know absolutely anything and it was no manager until the last day !
