Unfortunately, disappointing.

Liked: It was close to events planned.
Disliked: I booked an ADA room and was asked not once, but twice by a staff member and the manager if I actually needed the room! I was told upon arrival they did not accept CASH?!?! How does an establishment not accept cash? I was then offered the opportunity to cancel my reservation and go elsewhere, but I did not have transportation at my disposal, nor a guarantee I could secure lodging for the dates I needed or at the price I originally secured. My stay was for three nights. I was told they would only service the room on the third day unless otherwise requested. The beds in the ADA room are less comfortable than others I have stayed in at this location. The staff was not friendly, they were not greeting current guests or even making eye contact when entering or leaving. I’ve been a guest at this location previously and on a few occasions, but I must say, I don’t plan to return should the need arise. All other visits prior were quite satisfactory.

Liked: Big nice facility. Staff are very nice.
Disliked: My room smelled like bleach. I even god a headache. I had to open the window and leave the room. Ask housekeepers to find more organic way to sanitize the room. so your guest would be hit in a nose with a strong smell of bleach who gives a headache.
