We will use this hotel...

Liked: The staff were more than accommodating & helpful. The hotel is clean & it was nice to have a bar & restaurant right in the hotel. The homemade basil tomato soup was wonderful! A shuttle to & from the airport, a place to leave our car was a huge plus & one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
Disliked: The heating system doesn’t work well. Our room was cold no matter how much we turned the heat up & the rest of the hotel, seemed cold too..

Liked: Not much, I suppose the staff was cordial despite some misunderstanding in communications.
Disliked: I thought I was going to get food poisoning from the food which was nothing as advertised on the menu. In the middle of eating with my husband, watched a man sweep debris left over from another couple's meal off the table with the same broom that he was sweeping the floor with. Never observed him come back to wipe the table off with a cloth or cleaner or anything. Didnt finish our meals after watching that. Everything was dilapidated and hodge podged together. The shower rod was falling out of the wall, it was barely holding on. The ac unit stopped working sometime into the night so we woke up to it being stuffy and uncomfortable in the room halfway through our slumber. The hot water didn't completly last through our showers. The bathroom smelled SO bad like sewage when we first showed up we had to run the fan for a while to get rid of it. The toilet still had tissue in it that hadn't been flushed. Stains all over the carpets in the hallways and a staff that seemed relatively clueless as to how to run a hotel. The most disappointing experience I've had at a Radisson so far.

Liked: The location to the airport was good but everything around this area was horrible. The hotel room was decent.
Disliked: It was just in a bad area. Nothing around the hotel was nice. There were no restaurants, etc. to go out to the worst experience was in the restaurant. The server in the restaurant overcharged me got my food order all wrong and the food was horrible.
