Great location , but old...

Liked: Great location to the airport
Disliked: 4 days and even after repeated asking no maid service . So no replacement towels , coffee , milk etc we’re gone on day one and not topped up

Very pleasant

Liked: Had to check out to early for the breakfast.
Disliked: The heat in the room wasn't working at first

Disappointing.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: It was a long work week and I was so excited for a restful night of shower, getting into comfortable pjs, and watching the 7:00 movie and then getting to bed early. I checked in well before 6, but the room was freezing. I went back to the front desk, waited patiently for my turn to talk to the girl at the front desk, she then followed me to the room and couldn't get the thermostat to work. I then gathered all my belongings and followed her back to the front desk. She assigned me room #2. I walked with all my luggage to that room and the door wouldn't work. I walked back with all my luggage to wait my turn to talk to the front desk lady. She redid my key cards; I walked back with all my luggage to still not have it work. Back to the front desk to wait my turn to tell her again. She went with me (as I carried my luggage) and she couldn't get the door to work either. We went back to the front desk, and found another room. I got into the room to find the TV did not work. Leaving my luggage (thankfully) I walked back to the front desk to wait my turn again. I told her what was happening, she followed me to my room. She tried to fix it and said she would have to contact help. I waiting in my clothing wanting so badly that hot shower and comfortable clothes. I waited until around 8:30 and then walked back to the front desk to be told she was waiting for the "help" to arrive. At that point I just wanted a hot shower and comfortable clothes. Getting to watch a movie was going to be late if at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED I told her not to bother as I was not wanting to just sit in my room to wait for someone any longer. The front desk girl was kind, but I did expect a working room for the price of the hotel.

Not worth the money.

Liked: The location is handy being close to the airport and having a shuttle. The second room we stayed in was better than the first. The first had a click that sounded like the door opening every time the HVAC turned on. The shuttle driver was nice and helpful.
Disliked: The first room we stayed in had a click that sounded like the door was opening. The bathrooms are tiny and very dated. The beds were on the hard side and not very comfortable. Overall, it is overpriced for what you get.

Disliked: Windows in room quite dirty and in room was quite cold.
