Very good

Liked: We enjoyed staying at Radisson. The room was cozy, the garden was beautiful (we also enjoyed a morning walk around it), hotel is very well secured. The area where the hotel is located is quite remote - not much to do and not sure how safe it is, but for us the location was great as we visited a wedding just close by.
Disliked: Warming up the shower took quite a bit.

Liked: The spaces outdoors and the breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was super dirty, FULL of spiders, both dead and alive, it was horrible! We complained but they only gave us a free breakfast. Compared to the price of the room per night, it was quite an unfair “reimbursement”

Pretty but not worth it,...

Liked: The hotel itself is very pretty, has big gardens and very beautiful views, the hotel staff is generally nice and the facilities seems to have been recently upgraded.
Disliked: The pictures are not representative of the hotel, the rooms are bad quality, they seem new but everything is just cheap, there was no cold water on hot days and only cold water at night, very confusing. It is a very expensive hotel per night for the zone and It's just not worth it unless you're literally having an event there. The buffet was exceptionally expensive at a rate of 500 MXN per person + 15% gratuity.

Disliked: Hot water was failing in one of the rooms. We let the staff know, but the problem was not solved. There wasn’t bar service at the pool.
