Liked: Very clean; staff all very nice.
Disliked: Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable; bathroom very small; breakfast was okay but was expecting something better considering it is run by Johnson and Wales.

Liked: Beds and room were extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Staff on checkout was non existent. One of the maintenance people had to go find the worker. Was not asked how my stay was (had noisy neighbours across the hallway, knocking on doors, slamming doors and talking loudly late night and again early morning). I had to ask for a copy of my receipt. Was not told about breakfast on check in. I can appreciate that with the extensive renovations, that things are not as they should be, however that doesn’t account for bad customer service.

Disliked: It was under construction in the lobby and the signage’s were terrible. We arrived at night in the rain. The sign was not lit up and no signs to where to turn in. Had to drive around the building and finally found small signs to enter.

Worst Stay Ever

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Unaware of construction until arrival. "NO SMOKING" signs posted, but the staff was smoking right next to the entry at the hotel! Lobby and complimentary coffee covered in dust. There are no bed sheets for the sofa bed. AC unit kept powering down. No complimentary breakfast!!!

Return my money.

Liked: Nothing, I was injured by a cyber computer injuring my body every dah and night. I am without a home w RI Homeless bill of rights and am permanently physically disabled, with a walker and treated horribly and something as I Said running on my body with a crew fixing the property with know knowledge prior to booking. I wanted my money back but afraid to ask, because I was exhausted.
