Great location, exceptional staff

Liked: Every person I interacted with at the property was kind and positive. I got stuck in phoenix due to a luggage snafu - called at 9:55 for pick up - shuttle ends at 10. No worries they said and Brian came and got me with a smile on his face. Checked in after the restaurant had closed 15 minutes before - Desire checked me in, was so kind, and grabbed me a yogurt and helped with a quiet room. Next morning Leslie at the restaurant was lovely and offered to put something in a to go box. We all know that airport properties aren't anyone's first choice, but the people who work here sure make it feel like they're happy to have you there.

Liked: Libation is great. Breakfast was ok. Missed the potatoes from last year . They were awesome. And margaritas!
Disliked: Complimentary coffee and tea

Quick trip, nice place, stay...

Liked: We didn’t stay for breakfast, early flight
Disliked: Our shuttle driver was sick to take us to the airport, but taxis were used instead. But it turned out ok

Disliked: Didn’t clean the room for 3 days of our stay Hot water in the shower had move rooms and argue to even get a new room Rudeness with some of the staff about having a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience of everything Since room wasn’t clean had keep going down to lobby for towels/wash rags/ shampoo/body wash

Disliked: no Internet...could not work all day or at night. I lost $1000 in wages without Internet...no compensation or apology from Radisson.
