Was a good hotel; close to Oracle. I would stay again. Also service in the restaurant was terrible, slow and unfriendly. No smiles, looked very unhappy to be there.

Worst hotel experience of my...

Liked: Truly nothing -- I feared for my safety and wellbeing the entire time. The room was somewhat clean, but that made little difference considering the door's deadbolt lock was broken and missing. When booking this hotel the idea that it was "at the airport" was appealing to me and suggested a certain standard of a stay -- it is NOT at the airport and unclear if there was even a shuttle system that could take you there. We ended up abandoning the room to drive the 5.5 hours back to southern California a day early *on Christmas* because we were so worried for our safety.
Disliked: The door's deadbolt lock was completely missing from the door. The door itself had an opening that let in a draft that kept my husband and I freezing all night. The AC unit in the room was unpredictable with its settings -- we'd awake in the night scorching hot when we had set it to 68-degrees and then freezing when we tried to amend it. The furnishings were all worn down and full of rips and holes. The exterior of the hotel was not well-kept and fellow guests were loud and rowdy, and when we reported a noise complaint -- we were (basically) told there was "nothing they could do".
