Front desk gentleman very informative,...

Liked: Late when we arrived and no time for us before we checked out to dine within the hotel. Location, in regards to Nashville Airport (BNA) was perfect, very convenient, close, and the hotel runs its own shuttle service. The gentleman at check-in and the shuttle driver were very professional, friendly, and accommodating.
Disliked: Coffee shut down at 10:00 am. Would have been nice to have it available past 10:00 am or at least until check-out time at noon. Not a huge deal but would have been nice. No additional dislikes.
