Disappointing

Liked: I picked this hotel because it is supposed to be less than 10 minutes away from the airport. But I ended up waiting the shuttle for more than one hour. Disappointing when you are hoping a few hours of sleep before an early flight. Staff at the desk was nice, but the shuttle service, sadly, is clearly not efficient.
