Convenient for an overnight stay...

Liked: Cooperation of the staff member who met us was good. Transfer to and from the airport was prompt and easy.
Disliked: Lift to accommodations was intermittent in operation and didn’t work on at least one occasion.

Disliked: We were not advised that there is no service at all , no pool , no coffee shop no restaurant , and when we got our room which was good the temperature in the room was 6c it took us 25 minutes to warm up the room so we can take our jackets off

Good proximity but empty of...

Liked: The proximity to the airport. The shuttle was the redemption of our experience.
Disliked: The employees were on strike and there was minimal staff available. Booking.com should know about these things as they impacted the quality of our stay.

Bad

Disliked: they charged me twice the lamp was broken and no plug for the tub

Room never cleaned in 4...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and linen soft.
Disliked: The room has never been cleaned for 4 days, despite receptionist promising twice a day. Cockroaches in the room, disgusting! No towel changes or soap refill. No breakfast served on the weekend, very poor breakfast on other days.

Avoid it

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Dirty rooms. Cockroach on the table. Dirty linen. Did not make room even when asked to clean. Restaurant was on strike

Disliked: room was freezing with no heat when we arrived at 1130pm, room was dirty, floors no clean, bathroom shower dirty

Hotel need a general cleaning...

Disliked: The room was not clean A lot of cockroach everywhere Some of other people fiund a mouse in their room

Pleasant

Liked: The staff on duty were friendly (although limited staff as apparently strike going on) and room was nice. Close to airport (so convenient for early flights).
Disliked: I reserved my room only a day or two in advance of my trip and purposefully chose the Radisson because it was (a) close to the airport and (b) had an onsite restaurant (as wanted to not have to go anywhere to eat). When I checked in, I was told that there was a strike and some of the services were closed (e.g., restaurant, bar). There also appeared to be extremely limited number of staff (front desk, shuttle driver) - and no one came to restock anything in my room, empty garbages, etc. during my brief stay. I would have liked to be informed of the strike at the time of my booking (instead of being informed upon my arrival when it was somewhat too late to make different arrangements).
