A great resting spot

Liked: The staff when we checked in was absolutely wonderful. The gentleman was very helpful, professional, welcoming and smiling. The beds were also quite comfy
Disliked: When we were done with check in, we tried going to our room using the elevator and it stopped working. The staff was quick to try to resolve the issue but I was informed that it wouldn’t be fixed today. I then went back to the front desk to ask for a different room because my wife is pregnant and she can’t go up and down the stairs with so many suitcases that we were carrying.Upon entering the new room, we noticed a bit of garbage from the last guests were left (water bottles, hair elastic, plastic paper, etc). The bathroom was also in bad shape, the ceiling had a hole in it. The bathtub was dirty and the water came out yellow when we turned it on at first. The mirrors were also dirty.The outlet next to the bed was not functioning properly either. The door handles were also very flimsy, not providing a safe feeling.

Disliked: BEWARE. WE PAID FOR PARKING, PARKED RIGHT OUT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING ACROSS FROM THE LOBBY ( THE STAFF COULD SEE OUR CAR FROM THE DESK) IN A WELL LIT SPOT AND WHEN WE RETURNED OUR CAR HAD BEEN STOLEN. THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE AND HAS YET TO RESPOND TO OUR EMAILS. SINCE WE RETURNED HOME WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT MANY TIMES THE HOTEL STAFF IS IN ON THE THEFT. DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS THE CASE BUT YOU ARE TAKING YOUR CHANCES IF YOU PARK HERE. THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY STOLE MY MOTHER'S ROLLING WALKER WHICH WAS IN THE BACK OF THE CAR.
