Not Impressed

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Room was not made 1st night. Pillows on chair no pillow cases, bed spread on table, no sheets. No soap or shampoo. Bar/restaurant not open. 2nd night bed was made but still no soap or shampoo. Bar/restaurant still not open. Wouldn't bring soap and shampoo to room had to go get it from front deak.

Disliked: The staff was aware of issues with heating and cooling in any of the various rooms. Our room was cold. We called the front desk to ask how to operate the thermostat. There was nothing wrong with the thermostat. The system was basically broken in the room was excessively cold. The only accommodations we were offered was extra blankets. I didn’t pay for extra blankets. When I asked to speak to a manager, there was not one on staff the evening of check-in, my husband went down the next morning and asked to speak to a manager. They were told one was not available so he asked if I come back on Sunday and talk to a manager. I’ll be able to talk to one correct? He was told then there is no manager on staff on the weekends or holidays yet we were repeatedly told that we had to talk to a manager about getting a refund for the inadequacy of the room.

Liked: I did lobby, looks beautiful but unused, poor lighting,water leeks from the roof.
Disliked: poor lighting,water leeks from the roof, heating not working in my room.
