Liked: The staff was very pleasant at all locations. From my check in at the front desk, to my breakfast server in the morning, to the staff encounters in the elevator when I would chat with them, plenty of parking, fabulous view of the Mississippi River which is what I wanted to see on this trip. There were an abundance of towels. The room had individual soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. which was nice.
Disliked: More lighting options in the room. I'm sure it is perfect for most people as there were lamps at the desk, in the corner and by the beds. I like a bright room.

Liked: We went to a comedy show as a family. The location was excellent. Then we walked to a bar for a cocktail.

Liked: Location was great on teh river. I requested a view of the river. We got a view of the roof with rocks on the opposite side. Which would have allowed easy break in

Wasn’t allowed to stay as...
Disliked: My room was canceled even though I had the booking confirmation and updated my card. So we had to drive 3 hours back home. Front desk said it was booking.coms fault and didn’t give me any options to book another room, they could have been booked up but front desk gave zero feedback or help besides saying it’s not their confirm # and it was canceled. Disappointed we were given no help or options besides it being booking.com fault for not sharing customer information even though I still had it showing confirmed and credit card was updated.
