Poor

Liked: We were guests December 30 & 31, our first night was great but the second night noise from a room close to ours woke us numerous times until we felt we had to call the front desk asking that something be done. When we checked out tWednesday morning the desk clerk listened to our concerns regarding the noise and offered us vouchers for breakfast. We stood in line waiting to be seated along 2 others. After some time everyone started to look into the restaurant wondering if someone would wait on us or not. A young man finally came to the desk and asked the first Gentleman in line if he wanted a seat, the gentleman replied he had been waiting for some time for an order to go, the host walked away and the gentleman waiting for food turned and shook his head-obviously not happy. After more time the host finally reappeared and seated 2 people. My husband and I waited quite a while to be seated and the host never returned. Sadly we finally left. We have stayed at the Radisson numerous times and have always had good service and enjoyed our stay, we always recommend the Radisson to our friends coming to La Crosse, but this visit has left us extremely disappointed.

A solid 2.5 star hotel/perhaps...

Liked: The location is excellent, right near the Mississippi River and Riverside Park. My room faced the city of La Crosse, overlooking the parking lot. Bed was very comfortable. Very pleasant staff upon check in! 5 stars for both!
Disliked: This hotel needs a MAJOR update/remodel! Be prepared for an outdated hotel-safe but you can tell that the hotel is old and needs a facelift. The biggest issue was the bathroom: the shower handle broke off as it was being used. Since I was leaving after the shower, there was no point in mentioning this until I checked out in person. However, this is what was disappointing, when I mentioned that the shower handle broke off, I was not offered any compensation or discount on my rate. It's as though they know, but are unable to assist or offer compensation. Disappointing. 1 star for bathroom breakage and 2 stars for not offering to make it right by offering compensation/discount.

Great hotel for the stay.

Liked: Location is great for the LaCrosse Center, specifically in the Minnesota cold months.Nice restaurant & bar in the hotel, as well as the surrounding area. Rooms are very clean.
Disliked: The cost has gone up for 2 nights' weekend. But so has everything else. We will look into cheaper accommodations or just look at driving back home at night (45-minute drive). Might be the better option now.
