The lobby is very nice, but that's where it ends. We walked into our room to find a big garbage bag full of dirty towels. The Sleep Number bed did not work, and one side felt like a flat tire and was not comfortable. The stairwells were filthy; the vending machine on the first floor dispensed melted candy and warm pop; just to name a few.

Liked: Nice lobby.
Disliked: Run down rooms; not overly clean.

Liked: Nice; clean; very pleasant staff; convenient location; Sleep Number beds :)

Disliked: The description of the room said City view - very deceiving. It looked over the highway.

We got in really late. I did not notify front desk of the issues. I am sure they would have brought new bedding and sent maintenance to fix the beds if I had called.

Liked: Staff was very nice and professional; room was clean and neat other than the comforter.
Disliked: We had 2 double "Air Beds" - neither controller worked and they were not pumped up. White comforters on bed were really dirty - lots of dirt stains and lots of hair on them.
