Would not go back or...

Liked: Room size. Caesar salad was very good.
Disliked: Room NEVER got warm. Maintenance person did not show upBathroom in desperate need of upgrading - ADD SHOWER DOOR, lots of water stains.TERRIBLE tasting water.Provide small bottle of hand/body lotion - pleaseProvide adequate amount of body wash or at least a bar of soap.

It was fine.

Liked: I liked the bedding and the bed. Very comfortable
Disliked: Toilet ran loudly about every 10 minutes. The restaurant was not opened the days we were there. Coffee in room was undrinkable.

Up all night

Liked: The reception area was clean and welcoming. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and smelled like apple cinnamon. The room was a nice size and the mattresses and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the room's temperature was set to 62 degrees and was very cold. We set the temperature to 70 and left for dinner. It was comfortable by 9pm. It was inconvenient that there was no microwave in the room or on the floor to use. The most frustrating part of the stay was the thin walls and lack of sound insulation and absorption. We could hear every cough and conversation from adjoining rooms as if they were in our room. In addition, it was as if people were renovating a room, working past midnight and starting again early in the morning. We woke to what sounded like a drill at 7am! In addition, we could hear the laundry dryer running through the night. While that is a nice amenity for guests, it shouldn't be running during quiet hours. Ultimately, we didn't sleep well during our stay.

Liked: This hotel is a wonderful value. Very upscale, for a decent price. The room was spacious. The beds comfy. The staff very knowledgeable and considerate. My family will definitely be staying here again.

Disliked: Drain for Bathroom sink was not connected, flooding the bathroom right off the bat. Mtce came, reconnecting pipes where I showed them to be separated. Next morning, Again water appeared all over floor from no apparent site. Closer inspection showed that water escaped drain pipe when a full (fuller) sink was drained. This was explained to front desk with full description who assured it would be taken care of. That evening, we were told there was no issue when Mtce re-checked. Naturally it flooded again. We avoided letting water accumulate in sink. We WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF WHEN WE CHECKED OUT. As we checked out, I again described the problem, with a written diagram. Reviewed with another Mtce person. Ramada Mgr said they would give us 15% off the 1st 2 days (of 7 days worth of plumbing issues).This is inadequate. We were advised to tell you of the discount offered, that you would refund on credit card number given to you, and you would then be reimbursed by Radisson. What say you as to what and how we should be reimbursed or otherwise accommodated?2 free days perhaps, instead of just 15% for two days?Thank you,Fran Sullivan716.868.3455PS. Microwave was promptly delivered once requested, although it had not been cleaned insideā€¦
