Liked: We have stayed here the last two years to visit the Stockyards. The shuttle on the weekend provided by the hotel is wonderful plus. Staff and services are always exceptional.

Don't stay here

Liked: It did not look like anything in the picture. It was a horrible experience.
Disliked: The elevators broke we got stuck in a locked staircase don't waste your money.

Liked: The staff were so cuteous and kind. Always smiling. Fast at responding to requests
Disliked: Complimentary breakfast through coupon was not informed process.

Pleasant

Liked: Pleasant stay. The restaurant was convenient. I just wish the hotel had more elevators. It was a very long walk to the two they have.
