Not a happy customer at...

Liked: It was affordable
Disliked: Several things.Whoever was in that room before us, disconnected the cable from the TV and it was unplugged. It took a little while to figure out what was wrong. They also removed the fire alarm from the wall ( It is a battery operated fire alarm ) and placed it in a drawer. Unfortunately for us, nobody checked to see if everything was working before we got there. We also booked for a King bed but when we checked in, someone gave that room to somebody else. They said that they were fully booked and the only thing they had was two queen beds. I accepted the room but not very pleased about it. We booked our room awhile ago and that is what we expected. Not be given a room with two queen beds. The room temperature was not very regulated at all. The heater ran constantly and the room was either too cold or too hot. I had to go to the front desk and ask for face cloths. The room was not properly stocked. This was our Anniversary Night and it was a night to be remembered, at least on a happy note. Somebody dropped the ball. Yes the hotel was full, but that is not my concern. When you book a room, that is exactly what you should get. Sadly for Radisson Hotel, we will not return. There are other hotels in town to choose from next time.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, the room was dirty, every time you open the door the ceiling tiles in the bathroom would move and start to slide out of the metal trim
Disliked: It was a kitchenette without utensils, I talked to the front desk 3 times and never got any brought up to me.
