Liked: Location to the airport is good and shuttle ran on time. Parking while on vacation was reasonable and stalls have plug-ins for block heaters.
Disliked: Limited restaurant hours. Two major complaints: 1) after checking in, we went up to the room to find it at 15.5 degrees C (outside temp was -25 C), the room took several hours to warm up after adjusting the thermostat. 2) upon arriving to check-in (~2am after flight), the front desk clerk could not be located. After about 10 minutes, one of the waiting guests called and was told the clerk would be there shortly. A few moments later, the clerk arrived from around the corner accompanying a lady who immediately left the front door, entered a waiting car and left the property. Several guests pointed out that they felt as if the clerk had been occupied by the female (likely with an exchange of services or substance) while he clearly should have been working. Very unprofessional and quite frankly, concerning. Based on the actions of the clerk, we will not be staying here again.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, could have had more variety. The hotel overall was nice and clean and comfortable. A nice friendly enviroment, which is not always the case. In many places, once the staff check you in & out, it’s like the staff doesn’t acknowledge their guests. Our stay with you was wonderful! Would definitely recommend you to others

Liked: The location. The price was very reasonable. I appreciated there was a restaurant on site. Most importantly, it was pet friendly. I likes that they had a coffee service in the lobby.
Disliked: The heat in the room was hard to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. We only had one coffee cup in our room. I’m sure just an oversight by the service staff. I just grabbed another one in the lobby.
