Disliked: Rooms very small; elevators ridiculously slow. Hotel needs major renovation.

This was my first experience using this service and visiting this city. I will consider other sites for future travel.

Disliked: I was disappointed in the rooms. When I looked for hotels in the area, the information for the Radisson stated that they now offered Sleep Number beds. The beds did not work. The mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The Sleep Number bed was the main draw for my selecting the Radisson over other hotel offerings in the area. Also, the continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee. It was not what I expected at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice pool, sauna and hot tub. Would definitely go there again.

Disliked: The pool layer is completely coming up and is bubbled up everywhere the hot tub was super small and the jets couldn’t even be on. The elevators are super slow and uneven

Disliked: You could hear the people in the rooms next door. Not terrible but still annoying.

Disliked: It was very dirty. There were stains on the carpets and walls. It was filthy. Many things were broken, peeling, or holes in the walls. Clearly they are not putting any money back into the hotel.

Disliked: Elevators were a nightmare. Would stop at floors we didn’t push. They had a mind of their own. Way behind and the was a crowd/wait line at the bottom for the elevators.

Disliked: It had nothing to do with the hotel itself but the elevator could not keep up with the traffic and amount of people staying. Twice in the 2 nights had to wait over 10 minutes for the elevator.

Liked: It was so bad we left a day early.
Disliked: Room was dirty. Dirty toilet. Dirty carpet. smelly pillows. remote for tv didn't work at night but then did in the morning. Restaurant food and service for dinner was terrible. Cold fish sandwich. Tiny, tiny steak that was overcooked. Restaurant for breakfast only had one person on so took an hour to get a mediocre breakfast and only two or so tables filled. Was overcharged at checkout. Was quoted $470.44 for two nights but were charged $309.84 for one night. We were told it would be a high floor room but it was 7th floor so not a great view. We left after one night. And would like at least a partial refund. Not a credit because we wouldn't be returning.
