Liked: King size bed was comfortable
Disliked: Bugs in room. Rude , inappropriate comments made my staff, wall outlets broken in room, clogged sink AND toilet in room, fire alarms goes off daily, room key resets daily without notice causing you to go back down to the front desk and wait for an attendant to reset it. Hotel from hell by far. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in my entire life.

Disliked: Came here when their system was down. Seated until it came back on, but rather than be called to check in, the people who came after us directly from the airport were entertained first. Bad service. Also, the white lady with short black hair was making faces here and there and we could hear her complain. Not so professional. When we checked out, we were told by the old white lady with blonde hair that there is no invoice as we booked with booking. Yeah, right as if it’s our first time booking a hotel through booking. Not coming back here.

Disliked: Kind of run down. Restaurant closed. Badly in need to a remodel. One elevator out of order. Bathroom sink clogged.

Liked: Bathroom was very clean & water pressure was excellent.
Disliked: No drop box for the room key or anybody at the desk to hand it to. We left very early for a flight.Also found the Radisson hotel hard to locate, more signage would be great.

Not a good experience. I...

Liked: Staff was helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed. Had to order pizza for delivery. Sound proofing in room made it unacceptable. I was only able to sleep a few hours before early morning flight. Room next door was noisy until about 11am (had adjoining door) . Various room up and down the hallway were opening and closing their doors every 5 to 10 until 1:30am
