Disliked: The parking system is poor. I stayed for a conference and had to use the car park, which was almost completely full, so finding a space was a challenge. I paid for the parking at reception before I left. a week later, I was sent a fine of £100 by their parking company. I complained and was told that someone would let me know when it was resolved, but have heard nothing since. It's this kind of issue that brings the experience of staying at the hotel down.

Good conference facilities

Liked: Conference facilities in this hotel are very good. The restaurant and the food they serve for lunch was very good too, overall conference catering was great. The shared facilities including bars are all very good. The location is good if you are travelling to or from Heathrow. The staff were very helpful, serving very quickly and efficiently at the reception, bars, etc.
Disliked: The room was quite tired. Like many hotel rooms nowadays it had insufficient lighting. Very hard to work in the evening, and given that this is a conference hotel, people need to work sometimes. The room faced a courtyard which was really messy. That could have been cleaned up given that the surroundings are not pretty anyway it being in Heathrow airport.The sound proofing from the window could also be better. We could hear the major road going to Heathrow and all planes taking off and landing. It was not too bad, but could have been better. The air quality outside is terrible, but this is not the hotel's fault.
