perfect location for Heathrow airport

Liked: We love the swimming pool and the closeness to Heathrow airport. it's perfect for an overnight stay to take away the hassle of an early morning dash to the airport
Disliked: the lighting and decor in the room was very gloomy and the lighting impossible to read or do simple tasks by. We couldn't see what we were doing and it was made worse by black lampshades and dark blue curtain, Almost like being in a cave. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable, so the lighting was a complete let down. Such a shame for a hotel that could have been perfect for us in every other way.

Dissapointing snd expensive

Liked: Breakfast was ok very crowded
Disliked: A stale “pee” in the toilet upon arrival and in the morning when making sure I had all my belongings as some items fell off my bed in the night , I reached under the bed to put my hand in a used condom and one still in its packet . It kind of disgusted me and I used toilet paper to put it in the bin . I arrived by taxi having already been to the wrong radduson as booking . Com did not specify which colour and I didn’t know there were 2 colours of hotel The Heathrow black cabs had already taken me by mistake to the renaissance so I ended up with 75 pounds in taxis just to get to the correct hotel . I’m the morning there were yet more taxis as the hotel did not provide a shuttle to terminal 4 and I specifically chose a hotel with a shuttle service Overall very unimpressed and would not recommend to any of my friends
