Liked: We had a terrible experience. Stayed an extra night in Calgary after being here on business for a relaxing night without the kids. Decided to stay here. What started out as what we thought was an “upgrade” to a king bed we were placed on a floor with a kids hockey team that ran up and down the halls till 10 at night. Took the stairs as an elevator was broken had a full roll of wet toilet paper thrown at us. The TVs were not working cable down in all the rooms the entire stay and to top off our wonderful eventful stay here we were awoken to a fire alarm. Not a stay with the extra night to relax it was far from enjoyable

Liked: Large comfortable room for a good price. Beautiful lobby. Good parking.
Disliked: Repeated requests to have the room serviced went without results. Front desk asked if we put out a make-up room card, though none were provided, tried making one up but it was ignored. Approached staff in hall a few times, but that only worked once. We asked to move rooms mid stay as no one would clean room.Room 208 has what appears to be cough splatter on the wall. Couldn’t get someone to clean it. Wooden doors have greasy hand (and other) prints. Floating bath room vanities do not get swept under. Coffee station is on slant and stuff rolls off. Cupboard damaged and poorly repaired. Anything attached to the walls is coming off (bath hooks, toilet paper holder, towel shelf, wall lights. Shower needs to have the caulking cleaned.Room 209 was much improved, but still had maintenance issues with similar items falling off the walls.
