Liked: The Staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful, lovely people. Rooms are big and couch with a extended leg rest is wonderful after a busy day. I find a lot of hotels do not put leg and foot rest in there hotel rooms. Great buffet breakfast and reasonably priced if not included in the price of your room.
Disliked: We asked for the room to be cleaned everyday but came back one evening to find the room had not been cleaned. Shower was awkward to set water temp and get in the shower. Hot water is not set very hot so you don't have to worry about scalding yourself. That was a plus to the way you had to use the shower. Wall paper in bathroom starting to fall off and tap with a slight hole around spout showing wear.

Liked: The staff were welcoming,room was clean,airport driver was a gentleman and polite. All were accommodating plus polite I would stay their again And bed was very comfortable in fact I would like to know what brand of mattress would purchase one like it for myself

Liked: We loved the water slide and the sauna at the hotel. The beds were comfortable too, and the shower was very clean. The room was also larger than most hotel rooms so that was nice travelling with a family with luggage. The Indian restaurant around the corner was tasty. Convenient location if you are using public transit. Handy to get to the C-Train to get down town.
Disliked: The shuttle picking us up for from the airport was quite unreliable. It drove past us twice while we waited despite us calling to confirm. No other hotel shuttles drove past the patrons of their hotels, just the Radisson and it was really frustrating. The shuttle service on the way to the airport was quite good and left at the scheduled time. The bathroom doors in the room are sliding doors. They do not stay shut, nor do they have a latch. Therefore you would be in the middle of a shower with a large glass door and the bathroom door would slide open. This was cause for great upset travelling with kids who like their privacy from one another. In addition, I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children. We got to the hotel and there were only 2 towels in the room, the front desk did give me more upon request though. Also, the bathrooms at the pool area were uncomfortably grungy.
