Disliked: Unfortunately, they messed up my check in with my colleague, I was the main guest they did him as main guest and when he check out, they check out my room and it takes time to figure it out and the only thing they told me it was they were new.It was not my problem if you want to hire some new person with lower wage, your supervisor should control their work

Fantastic, close to Calgary airport...

Liked: From the moment I walked in the door a beautiful Xmas tree greeted me from a long day of flying from Nz . The staff at the front counter was very friendly simple seamless transaction talked about the fact that the Radisson does have a free shuttle from the airport and back again a big plus. I even received an upgrade to a bigger room at no extra cost The room was large especially for me a solo traveller bed comfortable coffee great. Worth the stay
Disliked: The shower took a long time to get hot
