Liked: Breakfast was delicious. Our air conditioner wasn't working properly. The staff tried to adjust it for us but when it didn't cool down they immediately moved us to a cooler room. Everyone was very kind and the hotel was very clean.
Disliked: No complaints

Disliked: you should add outside tables by pool so you can sit out more signage for hot tub instructions

Overall a very nice place...

Liked: The room was really nice. Very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Also the refrigerator and microwave were a nice convenience. The food at the restaurant was good as well.
Disliked: They did not have our reservation from booking.com. They didn’t it loaded in their system. We booked a month prior to arriving. Then they almost over charged us an additional $100. The front desk manager was pretty snarky about it.

Disliked: Gave us used body wash / lotion / shampoo. All the bottled were opened and used by previous customer.No water no coffee :(

Liked: It was mostly quiet and the pool wasn't over crowded.
Disliked: There was no free breakfast. We chose this location specifically for this as we had children with us who wanted to make their own waffles. This site stated free breakfast which was not true, there was a restaurant on site that required additional monies.
