Arrogant overnight staff

Liked: I always enjoy checking in. Gentleman at the counter is always friendly.
Disliked: Overnight staff is not friendly. We stayed for a second night and would not give us any water or said it's only for when you check in. When we told him we drove to Casey's to get more water, he sarcastically commented "Good job"Refrigerator stopped working and there was a cockroach in the shower. So between the Cockroach and arguing with the front desk for two bottles of water, we will not be going back to the Radisson Inn.

Disliked: The broken curtains, the broken TV remote, and the horrible TV reception. The mini fridge that didn't work and the fact that I froze the last night stay.

Liked: Location. Room, overall, was good. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: We arrived about 45 mins before check-in. The room was ready, but we were charged an extra $20 for early check-in. I could understand if we were a couple of hours early, but this was unnecessary and not appreciated. The hotel property was being renovated and there were numerous haul-away bins in the parking lot, plus a fence around the entrance to the hotel. The room was worn, and there was a lot of hard water buildup around the faucets and the shower head. The door covering the fridge and microwave wouldn’t close. We were awakened at 2:30 am by a group of guests who carried on loudly for about a half hour.
