Our stay was wonderful! The staff was so kind and booked us on the highest floor they could with a great view and balcony. Room was clean and affordable. Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Very happy with our stay and with ConcertHotels.com!

We enjoyed our meal in the 360 degrees rotating 18th floor restaurant. Steak was wonderful, wine list was adequate!

Disliked: Sconces on the wall strobed when turned on and where loose. Sink handles where extremely squeaky and seemed broken

Liked: I like the view and location
Disliked: It was my 18th daughter‘s birthday and we had a few family members over for a few and we had etaff coming to our room saying we was making too much noise and we was only talking and laughing and it was before 8 PM on a Saturday night, I didn’t feel comfortable after that, and wanted to leave after I paid my money. The sheets wasn’t clean and the tub was filthy.

Overpriced for being so nasty

Liked: Convenient to the highway, did allow us to check in early.
Disliked: Rooms do not meet expectations as online pictures show though. Floors and rooms are gross. Our room the sheets were stained, hairs and lint all over the beds. Beds had no mattress protectors on, neither did the pillows. Stained mattresses. Luckily we did not see any bugs in our room. We were afraid to sleep here but did not want to waste our money. Room was also cold. Balcony door was hard to open and close. Outlets between the beds did not secure our phone chargers in it, they would fall right out. Seen a cockroach on the way out in the lobby. Will NEVER stay here again.

Liked: My daughter loved the pool and the fancy elevators and the balcony. The bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: When we got room service, my daughter got a cheese pizza and I got a cheeseburger. My daughter didn't like her cheese pizza but that's typical, we were in town to go to cinci children's for an evaluation for her picky eating. But my cheeseburger was absolutely raw. I couldn't eat it at all.
