Our stay was wonderful! The staff was so kind and booked us on the highest floor they could with a great view and balcony. Room was clean and affordable. Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Very happy with our stay and with ConcertHotels.com!

We enjoyed our meal in the 360 degrees rotating 18th floor restaurant. Steak was wonderful, wine list was adequate!

Disliked: Accessible rooms are not accessible. shower was zip tied not usable for disabled, shower chair was bent and unstable, toilet handicap handle was loose, beds was too close together making it harder for wheelchair to access bed.

Liked: The balcony was cool., and there was tons of biker dudes. Pretty cool. I guess they rent a floor or something.?
Disliked: The lady at the front desk when we arrived did not tell us much when we checked in. I was unfamiliar with the hotel and they did not offer help. The room had 2 queens, you would think the room would be a tad bigger.... For that many people. All that aside we could have overlooked those things. Until when we went to shower there was no hot water. My husband took an ice cold shower. The toiletries they gave us smelled awful, like they were old as dirt. The lotion I put on my face and immediately washed it off. No breakfast included, but there is a waffle house next door

Quick answers to a maintenance...

Liked: We loved thee view!! The staff was extremely helpful. Our room heat was not working and it was very cold. They came to us with new keys within a few minutes when maintenance could not fix and we got a similar room with toasty heat. I also forgot my razor and they gave me one
Disliked: No heat in the first room. Quickly remedied no problem. Thank you!!
