Good location, make sure you...

Liked: I like the convenience of being close to CLT and having 24 hrs. Shuttle. I stayed at this property because I was able to leave my car while on vacation in their “ Sleep & Park” program.
Disliked: I accidentally left my electric toothbrush in the bathroom. I called the hotel as soon as I was aware I left it in the bathroom ( I had used it that morning) and it was never found by housekeeping. I called several times while on vacation and again, personally, when I returned to retrieved my car. The toothbrush was “never found”! I will not stay ed here again!

Disliked: Stains on the mattress, stains on the chair, mildew smell, wet toilet paper, mold under sink, sticky carpet, overall dirty

Liked: It was nicely updated. Bed linens and pillow were good quality. Great to have a free airportshuttle. Took awhile to get to us but not too bad.
Disliked: There was no breakfast,only coffee.An extra blanket would have been nice.There are restaurants nearby but there are also weird places like a Gentlemen’s Club!
