Liked: Hotel was great though.
Disliked: Shuttle takes you to the show but doesn't pick you up - that sucked. Took an hour and a half standing on the street to get a cab.

Liked: Receptionist was wonderful! Room very nice, recently remodled. Breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: I enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

Disappointed

Liked: Nice lobby and nice location, central to to lots of eateries.
Disliked: Check in staff Alicia was rude. Room was also very hot, I felt like I was choking. Tried to turn down heat but couldn’t. Tried to call front desk and couldn’t get anyone on the line to help. Alarm clock kept going off and woke us up prematurely several times. Curtains didn’t close letting in tons of light and didn’t let us sleep comfortably.

Liked: Everything was great! The front desk representative was very informative, and the general manager was magnificent. The New Year's Eve event was epic! This hotel stay was exactly what I needed after traveling to Saint Louis, MO, to place flowers on my Army veteran husband's grave at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery for our anniversary, which also falls on New Year's Eve.
Disliked: Leaving !

Beautiful place and clean room....

Liked: The room was clean and the facilities were very beautiful. The night manager was very kind and the gentleman that checked us in was attempting to be adaptive when he couldn't find our reservation.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great. The 5th floor (where our room was) was incredibly HOT. When we entered our room, it was also hot. We turned off the room heater and cracked the outside window. The temperature kept going up. We tried turning on the A/C. The temperature kept rising. My kids were asleep and my husband went to the front desk to see if there was something we could do. The front desk person told us to turn off the room heater and crack the window. They said that there was no way to turn out the A/C. We asked for fans and the front desk staff could not find one. The temperature in our room was 80+ degrees all night and it was miserable.

Liked: Hotel looked very nice.
Disliked: We stayed in the 3rd floor and it was almost 80 degrees in our room and couldn’t get it cooled off. Ended up buying a fan for the night. Also breakfast was disappointing. No grab n go items

Liked: The lobby area was beautiful and clean, breakfast was great. Room was nice.
Disliked: There were no extra sheets and blankets in the room for sofa bed. And there was no microwave in the room.
