Liked: Hotel was great though.
Disliked: Shuttle takes you to the show but doesn't pick you up - that sucked. Took an hour and a half standing on the street to get a cab.

Disliked: Bathtub drain was slow. Had to stand in water while showering.

Disliked: Alot! Very old inside, rooms were shabby and outdated .the "buffet breakfast" was abysmal...no fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, oatmeal. I had to pay for orange juice..there was water, red punch, powdered eggs, sausage and white bread.... disgusting..false advertising..I went next door to the holiday in for bfast every day....the whole hotel was sadly under par and I would not stay there again, nor recommended to anyone...

Disliked: CSR working when I first got there was incredibly rude and lazier than anyone I think I’ve ever met. She refused to start the check in process telling everyone their rooms weren’t ready (there were 6-8 groups waiting) without even looking to see what was available. As soon as her shift was over, which happened to be 2 pm) she left her coworker just clocking in to deal with the full lobby of people by herself.

Liked: close to my office, but that is the only positive!
Disliked: this property has deteriorated significantly since becoming a Radisson ( was never great as a Marriott). it is huge and empty- like the hotel in The Shining. decor is outdated, no one seems to stay there. elevator was broken. no bar / restaurant and the breakfast is very limited. only redeeming feature is the gym which is not bad

Disliked: was told that there was a 50$ deposit added to the room on admission and when leaving was told it was 50$ a day! I would have handled it differently. Might have caused a problem for my account with me being misinformed.
