Disliked: No fridge.

We stay at the Radisson every time we are in Bismarck - we have reservations for October 6th.

Liked: Very clean carpets and units - GREAT beds!
Disliked: A fridge/microwave in the units would have made for a more convenient stay.

Disliked: Didn't inform me of dog fee Room was filthy The whole 6th floor stink like dog urine .The 6th floor was loud the door had an open line from not aligning with frame , people yelling and laughing all night

Liked: Some staff were great. Gentleman who checked me in barely said two words, didn't point out anything, just gave me my card and sent me on my way with not even a smile. Location was the best feature.
Disliked: Overall, it's apparent how run down the hotel is. The beds have noticeable sagging, the toilet would NOT flush, and there was no way to notify cleaning staff not to disturb or not clean the room. I wasn't even sure if there were any restaurant or food services at the hotel after checkin. The phone indicated a "room service" feature, but I couldn't find a menu in the room or any information online. I tried several times to reach room service and never got an answer. When I called the front desk to help out with the situation, they just transferred me back to the room service number I was calling. I finally left to find a restaurant outside the hotel. The blowdryer provided was covered in a sticky substance all over the handle.

first day was friendly, convenient...

Liked: What I liked about the property is that it was convenient to our retreat. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and kind always willing to lend us a helping hand even though it’s their job, but it didn’t seem like it. It just seemed like a friend was helping.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the bathroom really did need updating. That there were no towels in the pool area.

One the room was so small ....two the staff was rude , we called the front desk cause our coffee pot was broken and told nothing they can do and before we could reply , they hung up, were asked two times before 9 a.m. on checkout to leave so they could clean our room checkout was 11!!! Rude

Great stay with helpful staff....

Liked: Being able to park there while flying on a trip inexpensively. Front desk staff very helpful.
