We stay at the Radisson every time we are in Bismarck - we have reservations for October 6th.

Liked: Very clean carpets and units - GREAT beds!
Disliked: A fridge/microwave in the units would have made for a more convenient stay.

Liked: Hotel and staff were good, except house-keeping staff doesn't speak or read English, even the "do not disturb" sign seems to overwhelm them... the dude literally took our sign down, slid it under the door, knocked twice, then immediately tried to enter my room while we were still in bed. Ridiculous to think that someone couldn't even relay the concept of the sign, since it happened twice in a week. Also had scheduled a late checkout@3 due to work, yet we began being rushed out at 10:20am and ended up leaving at 12:30 instead, throwing so the plans made in the wind. Other than that I'd stay again, but would use the swing lock this time. That was rude imo.

Liked: The staff is so welcoming and made us feel like VIPs. The location is excellent. The room is so quiet and comfortable, you forget you are staying in a hotel.
Disliked: I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this facility.

Disliked: Our room smelt like it was a smoking room, or that it was dirty, sheet had a dark stain, toilet ran constantly, no breakfast, room wasn’t refreshed with clean cups and waters
