We stay at the Radisson every time we are in Bismarck - we have reservations for October 6th.

Liked: Very clean carpets and units - GREAT beds!
Disliked: A fridge/microwave in the units would have made for a more convenient stay.

Lost Reservation

Liked: Well first they couldn’t find my reservation for a king room. They searched by my last name, first name, and reservation number. No results. After telling me they couldn’t do anything about getting me a king room they offered me double queen room but for only 1 night out of the 2 nights I needed. I would have to pack and check out in the morning and move to a different room in the afternoon. WTF. I wasn’t happy. They did let me know that had a king room available. But it was dirty. At 6:00 in the evening the housekeeping staff was off. Why in the world weren’t all the rooms cleaned? At this point I had been at the front desk for a good 10 mins. I was in the process of searching on my phone for a different Hotel for my stay. Front desk lady asked if I made a new reservation. I let her know I was looking for a new place to stay. Well…..Lo and behold they found my reservation. But only after they charged me for the double queen room. So I am waiting for that charge to fall off my statement. I get into the room and it is 73 degrees inside. And it was about 70 degrees outside. Not sure why the heat was on so high. Turn off the heat and turned on the AC and the AC unit was so loud when it kicked on. That noise did dissipate but took a few mins. Only reason I picked this place it was close to the event center I had an event at for the weekend. Will never stay here again.

Liked: Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly but the room had a strange odor that wouldn’t leave and bathroom floor was dirty.

Uncomfortable and inconvenient

Liked: They stated that room service wouldn’t check in for 3 days unless requested. The first day we had housekeeping knock around 8am, then housekeeping walked into our room without knocking in the afternoon. The next day I took my dog out to pee and housekeeping was there, I told him we didn’t need anything. When I came back my wife said that he opened the door without knocking. On top of that, we had to get our keys reissued multiple times a day because they quit working. We’ve been on the road for a month and checked into 10 hotels across the country and this was the worst.

Liked: Staff are great nice place to stay clean however no microwave or refrigerator in rooms. Hot tub was down.
