Overall it was a pleasant...

Liked: Location is good; room was big-sized and comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom amenities could have been better. There's no body shower provided, only soap. No proper hooks for towels.

I'm very upset that I've...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Turtle Jack's was great.
Disliked: The hotel looks old and is in need of refreshing. The doors are awfully heavy.

Liked: I liked the pool.
Disliked: I didn’t like the room, I found bed buds on my bed and the room smelled very fresh.

The stay was quiet and...

Liked: The view was beautiful. The elevators were always available and pretty quick. Close to a few different restaurants for food. The lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas. The beds were comfy, with fresh linens. Gift shop/ vending machines.
Disliked: The spa tubs in the rooms need upgrading. The TV didn’t work and there was an undisclosed, extra charge, added after check in (@4pm) for the facilities.

Exceptional

It was worth the trip!

Liked: The location has an amazing view and good value for money.
Disliked: The facility could use a little revamp given that it is a little old.
