This was our second time...

Liked: Location to the places we intended to visit. Easy to find. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Chronic problems with key cards randomly failing. Had to reprogram room keys daily. Plumbing was VERY NOISY. Every flush of the toilet caused the walls to vibrate loudly as the tank refilled. Tub made loud cracking sounds as you stood in it. It was very difficult to maintain room temperature. Had to run the air conditioning even though it was below freezing outside.

Staff was not very helpful...

Liked: I liked that it was close to the venue
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I was charged at check-in and then again at check-out for my stay. It took 4 days to get my money credited back to my account. Also I developed a bacteria infection and was hospitalized for two days on IV antibiotics.

Disappointing

Disliked: Specifically choose this place because online it showed they had a hot tub. There was no longer a hot tub, it had been seating built over it. Photos online show a hot tub! Extremely disappointing. Very poor breakfast selection.

Liked: Staff was great. Allowed for an early check-in.
Disliked: They are obviously cutting corners. No duvet cover. Counter tops had water marks and cup stains. Breakfast was the worst hotel bfast I’ve ever seen. Bagels and instant oatmeal.
