Enjoyed my stay no complaints

Liked: We enjoyed are selves, had a good time polite employees matches wasn’t so comfortable. Better quality mattresses would help ratings.
Disliked: Matress could have been better

Disliked: No clean bedding, beds uncomfortable, got stuck in the lift had to call emergency services, hotel staff gave bulls**t excuses saying it was because of other guests messing around with lifts, had to buy my own pillows due to the ones supplied was awful, lack of cleaning have have to ask multiple times for even clean towels, overall avoid staying here, lack of maintenance, run down rooms and communal area’s… the only attention they paid towards cleanliness was the hotel front desk and Indian restaurant, staff sleeping in communal area’s

Disliked: There was someone's dirty underwear hanging in the closet. Dusty. Not vacuumed. The wall lights didn't work

My stay at this facility...

Liked: The staff was amazing! They were very pleasant and friendly, as well as very accommodating. The food was very good too. It was my first experience with Indian cuisine and I enjoyed it very much!
Disliked: What I didn't like was first my television remote did not work. I had to exchange 3 times and it never worked. The light in my bathroom kept flickering on and off which was very annoying. Eventually I was given a new room. The television remote worked in the new room, I had no light problems , but the beds were as hard as sleeping on cinder blocks. My rest was so uncomfortable. I had two beds in my room and both were very, very hard!
