Liked: I was working the bridal event in the hotel, so this was very convenient for me. Any staff members we interacted with were great and helpful. The room was clean, plenty of pillows, towels and tp, and the bed was cozy. Temperature was comfortable and regulated. Ballrooms were beautiful and huge. Catered food was tasty.
Disliked: Our room was right behind the elevators- We got terrible sleep because it was so loud, especially after the out of service elevator was ‘repaired’. I had no idea it was behind the elevator nor how disruptive it would be. I would have switched rooms, but we were only staying two nights. The fridge didn’t feel very cold even at the coldest setting. I wish there was more than one accessible microwave and that the TV was a bit more modern- like having the ability to stream from my phone.
