Corporate owes me money
Liked: The chipotle down the block is a 5 min walk
Disliked: My stay was a disaster! From the smell and mold in the showers of the first room. And then the bugs and coldAir from the heater. Then the 3rd room with a crack so big. People can walk by and see you in your room changing etc. so, 4 rooms later i still couldn’t believe i found something else to complian about. Just nasty!

Underwhelmed
Liked: I liked the location and the cleanliness.
Disliked: The staff was less than welcoming. After being told I would owe nothing at check in they immediately told me they had to not only hold, but PROCESS $100 to a card that I would be refunded in 10 days. I had no card with funds available at the time (I paid via Venmo to book) and had to transfer money to my checking account to get into our room. I traveled with my student and we checked in close to 10PM so we would have been on the street otherwise. Very unprofessional and upsetting that there was no notice that this would happen. I’ve heard of holding numbers on a card, but never actually running it. There absolutely needs to be some sort of notice that this will happen. I believe that’s partially the third party booking that should be held responsible for that. Even though the policy itself is absurd. We then went to get dinner in the restaurant, waitress was rude and annoyed we came in 15 minutes before closing, we got our food to go but she couldn’t be bothered to get up from the bar to take our order, so me, my 13 year old student, and all of our bags walked over to the bar to place our order with a seated waitress. Still fine. We got to our room and found a wedding was booked and there was only one functional elevator. My student was approached by a man in his hotel uniform asking if she wanted cake and to follow him to a back room. Scary! The front desk attendee both mornings was rude and unfriendly, never responding to “good morning” or “have a nice day” and at checkout he simply said “ok” then half way out the door shouted to ask what room we were in. Just seemed like nobody wanted to be there. Being this is the most expensive hotel in the area I expected better.

Nice property but not that...
Liked: Easy access, right off the highway, close to everything, fast front desk check in and out.
Disliked: They booked me in the first floor and my room was by the side exit, stairwell, and staff entrance which I heard the door slamming every 4 minutes morning and night. The property should either sound proof the rooms or at least have rugs to absorbé the sound
