Disappointing

Liked: The room was okay. It was clean enough. The staff is invaluable, which is the only good thing about it.
Disliked: I was unaware that the restaurant would be closed for the entire duration of my stay, which was disappointing. I especially missed having food or breakfast on Christmas morning. Everything around us was closed, and there were no nearby restaurants or shops open. As a result, my overall experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. I wish I had known about this before booking my stay. Ultimately, we returned to New York as soon as possible.
