Beautiful comfy stay in a...

Liked: This is my second time staying here and I love it! Brilliant location for seeing Covent Garden and west end show, in a great location and quiet! Reception gave me a welcome bag of snacks and drinks and I loved the bath salts and dental pack that came in the room. Bed was comfy and tv is a nice size also. Staff are also very friendly and lovely

Liked: Room was spacious and hotel is well located.
Disliked: Bathroom had lots of stains. There was no plug sockets near the bed to charge your phone. We were unable to put the air-conditioning on medium or high as it was incredibly noisy. Not a good value for money on a premium room.

Great location, but the hotel...

Liked: The location was great, just around the corner from the tube station and with lots of shops nearby.
Disliked: The first room I was allocated I had to relocate from as the extractor fan in the bathroom was squeaking and wouldn't turn off, and it would have disturbed me all night even with the bathroom door closed. The second room I then moved to, the bathroom was unclean (toothpaste and glass marks on the surface and mirror, hairs all over the shower walls). The bed and pillows were also uncomfortable, but everyone is different when it comes to that.

Grand. Bed was hard

Liked: Nice hotel…. Not sure if it’s to 4 star standard. But essentially it was clean and all staff were polite. Breakfast was grand. Hot and continental selection with an a la Carte option too. Bed was really really hard and sloped on one side which was disappointing as meant we didn’t have good night sleep.
