Liked: The location of the hotel is very convenient to explore the city of Seville on foot.The room was nice and as presented on the photos.
Disliked: The rooftop pool is a joke. Pictures suggest it's way bigger than in reality, and it's in another building that is not directly connected, so to access the pool, you need to leave the building first.The breakfast buffet was the worst one I've seen so far. Everything that could be artificial was, e.g., scramble eggs, honey. Honestly, even comparing to the hotels of a lover star rating, it was a disappointment. I would recommend that you book a room, but avoid the breakfast - plenty of options outside the hotel..

Liked: Rooms were immaculate including reception area etc
Disliked: Overall underwhelming stay- no atmosphere in the hotel. They had the chairs from outside where people sit outside stacked inside the bar at times looked untidy. Pool area was not put together appropriately when we visited- no welcoming feeling from staff. Expected more from this standard of hotel. Very impersonal. - poor hairdryer in the room for this standard of hotel required to hold a button while trying to dry- we were there to celebrate a birthday no acknowledgement as you would get with hotels of this standard - we visited other 5 star hotels during our stay in Seville and all seemed to have a better vibe and service. - overall not in anyway good value for money- we requested a late check out which they agreed to only to come back to our bags had been removed from the room. My suitcase was opened in the corridor with personal items on view. It was very disappointing
