Great location, very comfortable hotel,...

Liked: The facilities were good, as were the reception staff. The rooms were very comfortable.
Disliked: The bar staff were poor, and the kitchen attached to it is limited. I asked for Gluten Free option and they offered up a chicken ceasar salad, however when it came out it had no chicken, as apparently that’s breaded, so I ended up with a green leaf salad with ceasar sauce. To add insult, I was charged the full sum.

Liked: Excellent location for exploring the city in any direction. Very comfortable bed with exceptional soft quality bed linens. Quiet room, no noise from the lift of corridor. free water left in the room each day. very willing and helpful staff.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything that I didn't like as the location was perfect and I slept very well.

Liked: Loved the location of this hotel. Spacious room with lots of storage. Javier and the rest of the front desk staff were super friendly and extremely helpful with booking tickets for us and giving advice/recommendations on places to see and restaurants etc.
