Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Collection! Everything was just perfect. The room was spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean, with a big, super comfy bed that made for a great night's sleep. It was warm and cozy, which we truly appreciated.The service was excellent—the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The fast Wi-Fi was a bonus, and my partner tried the spa and loved it. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, having a coffee machine in the room made our mornings delightful as we sipped coffee in the comfort of our room.Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we’d happily return.

Disliked: They are understaff… like they have 50 ppl sitting in breakfast and just two ladies receiving cleaning taking order and serving. Very poor management but the staff is lovely Really basis room service menu. Nothing for kids at the hotel: no food no facilities.We got a suit, looks bigger on pictures, also smells

Disliked: No fee mineral water. They say the tap water is filtered and drinkable, however it tastes like chlorine. Had to pay €5 for a small bottle of mineral water from the mini bar.
