Our stay was enjoyable except...

Liked: Location was excellent.Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: We booked a business class room for 3 adults. However, they provided in-room tea/coffee/drinking water bottles/glasses etc. for 2 people. The daily top-ups were also made for two for the whole stay. On two occasions they did not even top up.We found the air-conditioning in the room malfunctioning after the room service one day. We had to complain the next day to get it fixed.

Liked: Great location, very quiet so good soundproofing. Sea views were great. Beds very comfortable and replenished water daily. Staff were really friendly and looked happy to be there. Would stay again
Disliked: Maybe a bit warm even with the heating off but that's personal preference and not a huge issue

Liked: Great location for everything we needed, walking distance to town centre and great restaurants around.Free upgrade on the room also :)Staff were so attentive, especially when our early morning taxi appeared to have been cancelled. They quickly helped us resolve this, and we made it to airport with time to spare.
