The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. We were pleased. The only thing I will recommend is to have a better signs for the hotel. We circled 3 times in the area and had to call the hotel for directions to actually find the entrance. The sign is not visible from all directions. Please correct that issue.

Disliked: TV remote wasn't working when we got there.

This hotel is close to CN Tower and Billy Bishop Airport. Staff is friendly, room is clean, bed is very comfortable and bathroom is stylish. Buffet was excellent. Dinner was very good also.

Disliked: The breakfast on the 5th floor restaurant was the worst and most expensive eggs Benedict we have ever had

Liked: Decent hotel, amazing location, comfy bed
Disliked: Loud. Of course depends on the people, but the doors seem to have little to none noise isolation, was quite hard to sleep during nights when the local baseball team was playing. Additionally, TV has no Netflix connectivity or screen casting capability.

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Gym size and equipment were both great.
Disliked: Pillows were really uncomfortable. Room didn’t get serviced two days in a row and we ran out of toilet paper.
