Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown, Toronto

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. We were pleased. The only thing I will recommend is to have a better signs for the hotel. We circled 3 times in the area and had to call the hotel for directions to actually find the entrance. The sign is not visible from all directions. Please correct that issue.

Liked: Clean and comfy.
Disliked: TV remote wasn't working when we got there.

This hotel is close to CN Tower and Billy Bishop Airport. Staff is friendly, room is clean, bed is very comfortable and bathroom is stylish. Buffet was excellent. Dinner was very good also.

Liked: Big room, comfy bed and pillows, very clean.
Disliked: Heating fan was sooooo LOUD and made squeaky noise all the time that we couldn't sleep at night. Bathroom toilet and sink made weird noises when turned on. Hotel post said breakfast available for $40, which leads you to believe it is open buffet. But turns out it was a menu, where you order and it gets delivered to your room. Very disappointed to be honest. I stayed at other Radisson Blu around the world, and this one was by far the worst :(

Liked: Spacious room, super clean and modern
Disliked: Tried for several days to get late check out as we had an event and didn’t get back to the room until 330am and had a long drive home in the morning. They refused the late checkOut and told me to call the desk at 9 am the day of departure. Completely defeating the purpose of sleeping In to ensure we were rested for the journey home. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and never had an issue with late check out and reserving it on check in. I was willing to pay what ever it was but the staff wouldn’t budge. When I called at 9 am they still didn’t have an answer and needed to call me back. To which we just decided to get up and get going. This is a common feature at most if not all hotels for guests to pay for late check out. I have never heard of asking for late check out the morning your leaving.
