The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. We were pleased. The only thing I will recommend is to have a better signs for the hotel. We circled 3 times in the area and had to call the hotel for directions to actually find the entrance. The sign is not visible from all directions. Please correct that issue.

This hotel is close to CN Tower and Billy Bishop Airport. Staff is friendly, room is clean, bed is very comfortable and bathroom is stylish. Buffet was excellent. Dinner was very good also.
Liked: Comfortable bed, Clean room, stylish bathroom

Comfortable and quiet, but needs...
Liked: The room on the second floor was well insulated, and hardly and outside noise came in. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The location close to the water and ferries is also nice, despite us not being able to use it due to extreme cold. It's also quite close to the train station, PATH and the highway, so easy to reach and a lot to do.
Disliked: As it was the second floor there was nothing below the room, and in fact it was a small overhang over outside space. This made the floor really cold (granted, we were there with -15c temperatures and coldest days in 5 years or so). The lobby also did not meet our expectations. Some cheap and uncomfortable seats in a small space. I expected more from Radisson.

Ok to have a place...
Liked: Location. Close to major attractions (CN tower, Ripley's aquarium, Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena...) outdoor skating rink was also within a 5-minute walk.
Disliked: Breakdast was not included. The view from the room was mediocre at best. Although we had a corner room, the building right across the street blocked the whole of the CN tower and alm we could see was Queen's Quay.

Great location, clean hotel, fantastic...
Liked: Our experience started with Erica at the front desk for check-in, and she was amazing! She even got us a room upgrade which ended up being such a perfect room for our group! This hotel was close to everything we wanted to walk to downtown. The hotel itself was beautiful. We did not indulge in the breakfast, and unfortunately, the pool was closed for the season (January), but it was still a great experience.
Disliked: There is nothing our group did not like about the hotel. The only thing that was unfortunate, but out of our control, was that the pool was closed when we went (website only states it's heated so we weren't sure if it would be open or not when we visited).

We enjoyed ourselves and would...
Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Good food and attentive service. Your front desk staff are very good- friendly and helpful. There was outside noise on Saturday night/early Sunday morning as the bar next door closed, but that isn’t the hotel’s issue.
Disliked: It was a nice stay. January in Toronto is what it is.
