Very good

Liked: The location is perfect,breakfast is excellent and rich enough to feel yourself at home.But the air conditioner was broken down and our room was cold,as you know it is a cold country.The staff came and brought us extra heater. They are kind and helpful for us.

Liked: Professional Service (Special Mention to Mrs. Karoliina): The service was excellent, and a special thank you to Mrs. Karoliina at reception for her exceptionally kind and professional approach. She made us feel very welcome.Atmosphere: The hotel had a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere.Location: The location was very convenient, with the city center just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away.Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was super and reliable throughout the hotel.Breakfast: The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection.Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

Nothing to fault with the...

Liked: Great accommodation, plentiful breakfasts, delighted with the free sauna and modern gym with the latest equipment, really great. Rooms just right, perhaps in the bathroom we would have welcomed a shower rather than a bath. Rooms quiet, soundproofed, street view but it didn't matter, it was always foggy anyway. Breakfast TOP. Close to the tram stop. Close to the T2 terminal to Estonia, walking distance, which suited us. Nothing to fault with the hotel.
Disliked: Bath - a shower would be better

Liked: Good room, sea view, great breakfast, friendly staff, nearby is a tram station(very convenient), nice facilities (gym (24h), sauna(6-10am & 6-10pm), you can also ask for toothbrush & toothpaste at the reception if you forgot to bring some.
Disliked: Weird electrical flickering sounds when I shut off the lights(sometimes the light will randomly flicker(although rarer)). I had to turn the lights off in a certain order/way to prevent this. Made it a bit hard to relax at night.
