Liked: The location was very nice, beautiful view
Disliked: The staff didn’t really explain anything to me. After confirming that this was my first stay, they just showed me where the elevator was. No info about check-out procedure or time. No info about the fact that Apple TV in the room wasn’t working.Also, the shower in the bathroom was leaking…

Nice hotel, great location but...

Liked: Brilliant location next to the museum and a short walk from town. Hotel was easy to find and was pleasant to be in. The Hotel is in a very good condition and you can see a lot of time and effort has been spent integrating it with othe facilities.
Disliked: The front desk staff were disorganised and paid little attention to the queues of peole forming and just helped people randomly as they walked in oinstrak of who arrived first. Staff also walked away because it was break time instead of helping with the queue of people and putting off their break for 5 minutes

Disliked: The air condition was difficult to adjust to the right temperature hence it was too cold in the night.

Good location. Disappointing service

Liked: Good location, good size room.
Disliked: Check-in was incredibly slow and poor! Check in opens at 15:00, so arrived at that time. Queue was already long with only 2 check-in staff, on a Saturday! We waited around 15 minutes. Queue was out the door within that time, with no effort to bring more staff to help. Really poor. Hallways are dark and depressing. Room was worn. Bathroom was not thoroughly clean. Really grubby, dirty bath mat (non-slip plastic bath mat), didn’t even want to touch it! Mirror and tiles were splattered with stains, maybe toothpaste. Shower was complicated and annoying to use. Bath was a high step up/ down.
