Liked: Excellent location in the city center. It was so easy to get to any place from it.Underground parking with pre-booked spots. Stuff was very responsive to any of our requests. Great breakfast. Nice view.

A nice central location, but...

Liked: Location was good. Hotel was spacious.
Disliked: To check in we joined the priority queue as members. We stood in the queue for almost 30 minutes before being served. We had booked a superior room with a large double bed and were given a twin room. After querying this we were told double beds were given on availability! We were then ‘upgraded’ to a double bed, there was no obvious difference between this room and the superior double we had originally booked. The room alongside ours ‘partied’ all night on both the Friday and Saturday night shrieking, laughing shouting. This went on from 2am until 5am on the Friday and 3am until 6am on the Saturday. We got very little sleep over the course for her weekend. The rooms are all very dark with no light available for hair styling or makeup, there is a permanent twilight feel about all of the rooms. Mood lighting is nice, but there needs to be an alternative.
