Great stay!

Liked: One of the best locations near Grand Place. Food court just across the hotel and walkable to other shops and restaurants . Short distance to Royal Galleries.

Great location, lovely hotel with...

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best for choice in any hotel we've stayed in.Location was also excellent, right in the centre of Brussels a short walk to shops and restaurants
Disliked: It was very expensive even for the location. I paid for the upgraded room which was lovely but very small, if that was the upgraded room I'd have hated to see the standard one, I did wonder if it was the upgraded room!

I am not satisfied with...

Liked: Great location, cozy room and wonderful breakfast.
Disliked: The tall receptionist with the glasses was dismissive of me. At the entrance to breakfast they wait for you with a post terminal and make you pay immediately.
