Disliked: Staff behaviour was not good (room service & housekeeping) & they need to learn the customer service skills. Rooms & toilets were not clean at all. Rooms' facilities were very bad (no slippers, no complimentery water, no bag stands) & staff attitude was not good when we asked for these items !! Housekeeping staff entered our 3 rooms for cleaning, although "Do Not Disturb" signs were attached !!!!!

Beware if you go there...

Liked: Location is good for visiting any place within the central part!
Disliked: Restaurant is terrible. And money issues are absolutely anti-client as a policy. I had my credit card provided, I had been asked as well for a deposit in cash for the cost of room plus additional amount. And after a dinner at. One of worst restaurants I had been to in the late evening got a phone call to go to the reception and pay them additionally 50 eur as deposit in cash wasn’t sufficient! Was told that such would the hotel policy be! Had been to many hotels around the world but such a mistreatment had not seen!
