Never again.

Liked: Breakfast set up and dining area very poor, very disorganised and an extremely uncomfortable experience.
Disliked: I arrived late in the evening when traffic was busy and it was dark. I specifically booked the hotel as it had parking but I was told, over the intercom, that there was no room in the car park and I would have to park some distance away. The person on the other end of the intercom kept cutting me off rather than deal with me. To make a middle aged woman with a disability park some distance away and walk through Dublin in the dark with luggage is just not good enough.

Great experience. Staff went out...

Liked: Fabulous location. So easy to walk everywhere! Beautiful hotel and room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The staff were all brilliant. Will definitely stay again on next trip to Dublin!
Disliked: Totally met all my needs.
