Satisfactory to good, could be...

Liked: Location, design, staff were all excellent. The room temperature was too hot and couldn’t get cool enough. The morning ritual of queuing at breakfast in the coffee machine line was frustrating. For goodness sake buy another machine will you!!! It’s a joke!!!

A very comfortable stay

Liked: Fantastic stay, was super quiet, well located and affordable. Beds were exceptionally comfortable- pillows were great, coffee machine was a good addition as well as a kettle. Good sized bathroom, nice views from our room which was quite high up. Water offered free in the room, was also a good addition.

My 1st time in Copenhagen,...

Liked: Fantastic breakfast, quality food, quality service.
Disliked: The mattress was a little 'hollow' in the middle, amazed by the variety of pillows.

Great location

Liked: The housekeeping lady take charge at level 20. We didnt request for housekeeping during our stay but she is kind enough to change our towels and top up the toiletries.The staff attitude at counter and restaurant can be better and nicer.
