Fabulous hotel, lovely staff, we...

Liked: Excellent location from the train station and central to all areas
Disliked: I don’t like lifts/elevators so had to use emergency stairs to access my room which meant going through the staff kitchen

Good

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast. Location perfect, 5minutes to the train station, opposite the Tivoli Gardens. Walking distance to main ‘tourist’ areas.
Disliked: Bar prices a bit steep

Disappointing

Liked: Nice view and very good location
Disliked: Bed saw his best times already unfortunately. Quite poor isolation of the walls you can easily hear the neighbors. Not the best price performance ratio

Great location for families

Liked: Staff at reception were amazing and very helpful on arrival and checkout.Breakfast was amazing and staff were so polite and helpful.Will definitely stay here in the future.
Disliked: One small issue with the heating in the room and it was resolved quickly

Liked: The room we had gave us a panoramic view over the cityscape and the iconic Tivoli Gardens.The property itself is of course a great example of the work of Arne Jacobsen.
