Overall it was comfortable stay...

Liked: Perfect location, polite and helpful staff, they were able to find an early check in.
Disliked: It wasn't as clean as expected, towels were not changed during entire stay, body wash was not refilled, it was cold even with highest heat; shower curtain doesn't help to contain water and it's spread where the bathroom is.

Liked: Great location in old Bergen harbour front and really comfortable modern hotel. Great breakfast.

Excellent stay for visiting Bergen...

Liked: Location in the 'old' part of the city with plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Quit room and super complete breakfast.
Disliked: Soft boiled egg was cold.
