Liked: A BIG thank you to Mr. Ryota for always being there to assist and guide us on how to explore Helsinki. Your tips were invaluable! Kudos to you, Sir Ryota. You are truly a gem at the Radisson Hotel.
Disliked: The room was a bit too cold at first, but I was able to adjust the temperature and make it comfortable eventually.

Liked: Really great breakfast; wide range of choice and caters to vegan/veggie diets as well. Very central location by Helsinki train station. Room was a comfortable size and beds very comfortable. Hotel bistro is very good and convenient if you arrive late at night.
Disliked: The central heating means the room ends up being quite dry so it affected my skin, but Helsinki in winter/spring is also really dry so do bear that in mind. Gym was appreciated but a bit dated -- some of the equipment was missing or needed replacing. Lighting in bathroom quite harsh.

Liked: Free sauna for guests.The breakfast room has a very wide selection, and everything is delicious.The staff is quite friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Upon arrival at the reception on our first day, we were immediately greeted by an unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke, which unfortunately often lingered in the elevators as well. The cleanliness was disappointing. Throughout our four-night stay, we noticed the same little pieces of litter left in the hallway each day, indicating that the area wasn’t being cleaned regularly. Given the hotel’s prestigious reputation and high rates, the overall quality and value for money were far from what we expected.

Liked: Staff were excellent about checking us in early and storing luggage. Easy walk to downtown, ferry and restaurants. Everything was clean and modern.
