Nice breakfast near the train...

Liked: The location near the train station is awesome, you can barely visit all the city center walking around. The breakfast is great and diversified. There is a coffee at the reception where you can stay if you have to wait a bit for a train later.
Disliked: The room design could be more modern according to me and you can’t open the windows to get fresh air.

Super nice hotel, unkind day...

Liked: The location, close to the central station, 5 minute walk from the chatedral.The breakfast buffet! Top! Variety, quality, quantity. A corner dedicated to gluten free.The room, quite confortable, even if a little uptodated!
Disliked: The 2 staff women at the reception. They are not rude but I would never say kind. The wrong emplyee at the wrong place A pity because the breakfast staff are kind! IThe fake complimentary water in the room! Big in red COMPLIMENTARY, very tiny "for members". You discover when they ask you to pay the Free Water at the check out.

Liked: It is just accross the road from the train station and very central to everything you may want.
Disliked: My room was not clean, there were brown stains on the mattress sheet on the side, the light switches on the beds headboard were filthy, the headboard itself it made of a material and it was all scraped off which didn’t give a nice image. The tables were dusty over all the room was not clean and did not feel clean. All of the staff except for the lady who did our wake up all on the morning we left were very absent in their conversations and did not appear welcoming. That combined with the room we would not return.

Disliked: There are many options better than this hotel with offered price!Room:We came for tourism and we want to enjoy the weather, however the room’s windows are looked without valid reason & ACs as well known not working for energy saving!The worst rating goes to room service where in each room there is visual lights for daily cleanup; however no cleaning provided /no change towels as we didnt physically inform the reception to request cleaning!Room phone not working, so any request I have to go to reception!After taking shower all toilet becomes wet!Hotel:Carpets on floors are over dated and looks very old designI dont think this is really representing Radisson group!!Gym is congested with limited equipment and looks like a store been used as Gym!The Sauna is far from gym and towels are not provided as well!Breakfast: omlette order takes 20 min to be received !Radisson management has to do an audit on such hotels if they are really taking care of reputation!This was my third trial with radisson in Finland and this was the worst not comparable with other two hotels part of radisson group within the same trip in ten days !

Liked: Good beds, nice breakfast, pleasant staff, well insulated rooms from outside noise.Close proximity to the central train station in Helsinki.
Disliked: When pulling the plug on the bathtub after a bath, the whole bathroom flooded due to a poorly maintained drain under the bathtub. Built a wall of all the towels to stop the water from pooring out into the hallway. A regular schedule for checking on proper drainage under the bathtubs should be implemented. Was told there also would be little bit of a view of the courtyard by the central station, but there was none. At most a glimpse if you pressed your face against the window pane.
