Ideal place to stay near...

Liked: Excellent facilities and very friendly and professional staff. Delay placed for the airport and train station

Good and bad

Liked: Location, lady on the morning we left and forgot medication in our room fridge and helped me collect it
Disliked: Pillows were awful , completely flat and no filling, the bar at Lunch was very expensive and took 10% discretionary tip without our permission

Perfect hotel at Manchester Airport

Liked: Room was very spacious and very clean. King size bed with plenty of room to move around. Location was perfect for getting to my flight in the morning. Staff was very friendly and facilities were great.

Liked: Location excellent, room very clean, comfortable bed
Disliked: Not a very good menu in the restaurant, very little choice and expensive

Did the job

Liked: Opened and out of date food had been left by previous occupants in the mini bar, this had been overlooked by housekeeping. The room was exceptionally quiet for a busy hotel, the buffet breakfast was varied and tasty.

Impressive hotel but dirty beds!

Liked: The rooms were very impressive
Disliked: The bed was full of body hair. Clearly the bed hadn’t been cleaned.
