Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, safe, convenient location, and great pricing. There was no need to leave the grounds except the Paisley Park tour
Disliked: Not much to add here

Liked: How close it was the the Mall of America, the ease of it.
Disliked: The rooms were very run down and dirty. The desk chair was all worn out, cracking and peeling in the faux leather. The beds were crooked off their base. The bed skirts were wrinkled and old. Hallways had stained carpet. Rooms hadn’t been deep cleaned or wiped down well. The back of the doors were all slimy. Hairs in the shower. Very disappointing and low budget hotel for that area and price!

Liked: The hotel was beautiful. Gorgeous entry way. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that it was connected to the mall. Did not have breakfast. It was also very quiet. I also liked how it had a full size gym with great amenities.
Disliked: I do like a hotel that offers free breakfast but that wasn't a big deal.
